'Pictures on the Wall' was written over multiple states and all started out as bits and pieces of ideas that I started to develop in between albums. These are songs didn’t fully materialize to find their way onto 'Drive' or 'Here Right Now' but are very important to me nonetheless. This EP is a collection of songs that capture the feeling of the 'in between' before and after tours, concerts, and promotional events during time spent back home, back stage, and in hotel rooms. 'Pictures on the Wall' is taken from the song 'Raining Where You Are' and evokes a feeling of change. The change that happens when you're away and return to the people and places you left months/ ears earlier...the feeling that it all looks the same but feels totally different in the present.
